When we return to our bodies, we return to our greatest source of wisdom and power - the intrinsic intelligence permeating the whole, which we are an undeniable part of, and which we can access through the firsthand somatic experience of massage.

The bodywork that I bring to my practice is a celebration of this intelligence and of all people who have acknowledged their desire to listen to and return to their bodies as the ultimate source of information through embodiment and deep listening.
