Full-body Relaxation Massage
This fully-body massage brings you into a state of deep relaxation through the use of traditional Swedish strokes. A perfect way to decompress and slow down from a fast-paced lifestyle, or simply to give your body a treat. This massage will integrate all parts of the body through techniques such as rocking, guided breathing, and a mixture of firm and gentle strokes.

Hot Stone Massage
My set of 75 basalt stones are custom-picked from the Oregon coast! Hot stones of varying sizes are placed on different muscle groups, creating a unique and satisfying sensation of warmth and weight while other parts of your body are being worked on, either with stones or hands. The heat from the stones has the added benefit of helping to warm up connective tissue for greater release of held tension patterns. Heat also increases circulation within the body.

Signature Massage
The Signature Massage is designed to cater to your individual needs, or to address more specific or longstanding tension patterns. This massage always begins with a detailed intake process to understand the underlying causes of the chief concern, which may include gait and posture assessment and range of motion tests. This is not necessarily a full-body massage; focus is spent on primary areas of concern.

Breath of Life Massage
We all experience psychological and physical stress. Stress of any kind prevents deep breathing. Some structural imbalances, such as Scoliosis, Kyphosis, or Lordosis, can make deep, satisfying breathing especially difficult. When breathing is restricted, circulation, cell renewal, and nutritional uptake is compromised.

The Breath of Life massage is designed specifically to enhance the capacity of the ribcage to expand and contract more freely. This massage has two major components: bringing awareness to postures that hinder deep breathing, and releasing tension that is holding those postures in place. Part of the session will be directed at becoming more aware of stress triggers and potential self-care exercises to develop core strength. Depending on the person's area of restriction, work may include release of intercostal muscles, diaphragm, and chest and neck muscles.

Partner Massage Training
Many people appreciate the benefits of massage but may not have the financial resources to receive it frequently. The Partner Massage Training aims to increase the amount of people receiving quality massage by giving basic training to those desiring to learn how to help one another and friends. Basic Swedish techniques are covered, along with instructions on proper body mechanics, anatomy, understanding and establishing boundaries, and effective communication.

Price: $50 for 1hour training. Two people max.
